Lovely guy who did my treatment. I booked nano keratin and a trim but when I was there I read if you want it coloured it's best to get this done at the same time, so he said he would do my highlights too which saved me another appointment. Much appreciated!

Eyebrow Threading
Categorically one of the worst haircut experiences of my life. Showed up and there was one member of staff on, who was doing nails. Said I had an appointment and he told me to sit down. I waited fifteen minutes while he continued doing the nails. In the end he fairly aggressively washed my hair. I had paid for intensive conditioning treatment and head massage but did not receive this, and did not ask for it as his whole attitude was that I was an inconvenience and I did not want to spend any more time at the basin with him than I could help. Half way through he even stopped to give directions to a woman shouting in from the street. Finally a hairdresser arrived, half an hour after my appointment carrying her lunch. She tried her best to be nice but by this point I just wanted out. She then proceeded to cut my hair much shorter than I asked and gave it a big fancy blow dry despite me telling her not to. She then forced a loyalty card on me on the way out despite me refusing twice. Avoid unless it is your only option.
