My first impression was that the salon was clean and the staff are friendly. I arrived early for my appointment and the therapist showed me down to the room for my waxing but did not leave the room while I undressed. She smoked on her e-cigarette until I was ready, which I found hugely unprofessional. She used a mix of strip and hot wax, even though I had booked hot wax. She was fast at waxing, which I was happy about, but when I got home I saw there were quite a few hairs left that I had to remove myself. The wax room maybe needs to be better lit. She did check that I was happy with the shape. As the treatment price was the same as other salons I have had better overall experiences at, I'm not sure if I would return for waxing.

Awful experience. I arrived to find that the beautician was 25 minutes late because she had given someone else my appointment. She then proceeded to cut one of my cuticles until it bled and file my nails until they were jagged and uneven, and too short for her to even apply the shellac (which is odd considering she kept mentioning this, and still cut them this short nonetheless). When I pointed out that I wasn't happy with her filing, and that I didn't want to continue and wished for a refund, she became extremely agitated and refused to compensate me for my dreadful experience. I could not recommend this place any less.
