The pedicure was decent enough but I was made to wait around for almost an hour before my treatment was started even though Id booked well in advance. No explanation was given, in fact it seemed more like I was a bother than a paying customer. Won't be going back.

Horrible experience - couldn't find my appointment, had to wait 20 minutes and quite possibly the worst manicure I have ever had.
Venue wasn't particularly sanitary or clean, staff did not know what they were doing but the nails were done very well
Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
It was a bit of a rough & ready experience. The lady who did my wax didn't leave the room while I changed, the wax was one of the more painful I've experienced as she had more than one attempt to pull the wax off a couple of areas. At the end of the wax I was handed a bottle of after wax oil to apply to myself and then dressed again with the lady still in the room. The wax itself turned out quite well but the experience was not very enjoyable
Pedicure was ok but quite a few times the therapist was buffing or filing the skin around my toes rather than the nail. It took much longer than any other pedicure i have had. almost 90 mins in total (good job i wasn't in a rush). Also the other staff working in the salon had some questionable ethics which they discussed openly in front of me, lets just say I wouldn't get a piercing there if they offered that service. As a previous body piercer myself I was horrified by what they we saying. But as far as pedicures go - it was ok. If I hadn't used a 50% off voucher through treatwell I would have probably been more critical.
