*Judge by yourself* My first experience here was so good I knew I wanted to come back. My only mistake was not remembering the name of the guy who spent almost 2h30 my hair. My second appointment couldn't have been worse. It seemed like the guy was in a rush so washed my hair in 2' (hair massage, which I paid for, was literally 7 seconds), pulling my hair and hurting me all the time. He didn't get at all what I wanted, passed me to another woman who didn't seem to know how to blow dry and told me 'I'm going to try to do your waves but I have another client soon". I had to complain and now wait for several weeks to make up for the mess. Not going back. PS, the second guy was nice too, but he clearly was in a rush and that affected my experience.
