I don't think the booking system is very organised as I waited for 35 minutes for my appointment and they couldn't keep track of who was coming in when at all. But the wax was good.
I arrived at the salon 5 minutes earlier and was told I'd have to wait 20 minutes as the lady wasn't ready. They had actually tried to call me but I was already on my way. They offered me a cup of tea which was nice. The manicure was good, no problems so far. However, I paid for the shellac manicure online via the app and it was £25 (I had a £7 voucher so this ended up being £18 which was good), but after the manicure they THEN decided to tell me that they wanted to charge an extra £10 for removing the previous shellac - this was not stated anywhere when I tried to book on the app and it annoyed me somewhat as I had explained to the guy beforehand that I needed the shellac removed and he failed to mention anything about the extra £10 then when I was waiting! Sneaky. So I refused to pay it on this occasion - needs to be clearer if they are going to charge you for these things!
Overall, I am quite satisfied with the the overall experience of the 2-week manicure and 2-week pedicure. However, sometimes there is a confusion with the bookings and for what exactly you have paid for.
