My boyfriend and I both booked to get our hair cut here. We were both really happy with our hair and the staff were lovely. I was a little hesitant considering some reviews said their bookings hadn't gone through but I rang up after booking and they confirmed it was fine. I would definitely book to have my hair done here again, i might even go for some colour (as another ladies hair looked great). Would recommend.

I received a text shortly after booking saying that I couldn't have my appointment that day and to come tomorrow. The text was a bit confusing at first because it wasn't very well written and it wasn't obviously clear who it was at first. When I did go in the receptionist was a bit unfamiliar with the booking on the site process. The actual woman who did my eyebrows was lovely and did a very good job. I just thought it was inconvenient that my appointment couldn't be fulfilled when I booked it especially as I had prepaid, because without that fact I would've just gone somewhere else.
