Staff very friendly but seemed possibly a little disorganised. However, for the first time in a long time I left with the colour and cut that I had imagined...which is ultimately the most important thing. As it is also great value for money I will be coming back.
I am extremely happy with my hair. The only fault is that I was not informed that I would have to pay extra for a blow dry as my hair is a little thick. And then it was curled with straighteners so I didn't understand why I had to pay extra.
Hair Colouring
Lovely friendly service, even though I booked at the very last minute! Excellent Shellac manicure.
This salon is in a great location and very easy to get to. I had a treatment and the lady that did my hair was lovely, my hair felt great afterwards, it was really needed. If your hair is feeling brittle, I definitely suggest her.. Oh and I also got a great head message. The only problem I encountered was when another hairdresser, a male, asked me to pay early which was a bit annoying... other than that nice salon.
I had to wait a half an hour before I was seen and when I went into the treatment room I was given a dirty damp towel with fake tan stains on it. When I asked for a clean one, I was told there was none available. The staff apologized profusely for the long wait and gave me a longer facial then I booked at no extra cost. The facial itself was fine, but not a great experience.
