The woman who did my wax was really lovely. However the salon could put more emphasis on customer modesty and cleanliness. When having wax's in the past I've been offered a towel, paper kickers and a wipe. Having those makes the experience less awkward.
There were some areas missed but all in all I'd say the wax was value for money as it was very cheap. I'd probably return if strapped for cash.
The staff were great but the treatment was so-so. My heel were not done properly as they are still cracked and the paint on my nails has already started.
This was an terrible place, running 20 mins late, dirty, forgot to put a sheet down on the bed and the lady that did my Brazillian was extremely awkward - I have never experienced this when getting waxed before. It made me feel very on edge. On top of that she did not do it correctl- she did not hold the skin when taking the wax strip off which meant it pulled and hurt more than usual and the hair didn't come off. I told her there were two big areas she missed, she tried repeatedly but as she wasn't holding properly, it didn't work and irritated my skin. By this time i'd had enough, it was as if a person with no experience was doing it. A waste of time and a mess I had to sort out later.
