All staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Unlike many salons I have been to before, the nail treatments were provided in a separate room to the rest of the salon which made it feel a bit more specialist. The salon was very clean and smartly presented with music and TV screens to keep you entertained. Would definitely return.

It was the worst treatment I've received
And the staff was so rude it was disgusting
I booked an hour pedicure and only got a 25 min treatment
My feet looked no different from when I went in
Had no foot massage and the exfoliation lasted a min
When I said to staff about this I got shouted at by my therapist
And the manager just sat and watched
It was an awful experience
Pedicure
The salon is disorganised and not well staffed in terms of admin/front of house. I waited for half an hour for my appointment and was very rushed for my best friend's wedding as a result. The salon feels a bit grotty though the lady who did my hair was lovely and very good at what she does.
Hair Styling and Updos
I had a manicure, which was okay. It was quite rushed as there had been some problems with the booking system and there were too many bookings for the number of staff available.
