Came for a quick removal and cut/shape, but was unhappy with the state of my nails. Nails are very damaged, two broke within 24 hours, edges were jagged and they are different lengths. When cleaning under my nails the lady stabbed my skin which hurt for sometime. Nail cutters used were dirty, rusty and blunt... leaving my edges of my nails thick and splayed. Wish I could say something positive, but I wish I hadn't booked.
