Really let down by the service, the “spa” experience was barely 10 minutes of soaking and the actual nail painting took 5 and the remaining 25 minutes of the 40 minute “spa pedicure” were spent along in a corner facing a wall with my feet under a fan. The tools used on me were held in a box on the floor and the actual pedicure treatment of exfoliation was minimal- my feet feel the same as they did when I walked in. I would like a full refund as this service did not meet expectations at all.
