First time, using this app and also first time to this hair salon. Lovely and personalised one to one service. Relaxed and the hair dresser, Irene was lovely and cut my hair just how I wanted it. As went for a big change long hair to a medium bob. My family and friends love my new hair style. Thank you very much and I will be coming back again :)

Overall a well experience, thank you Irene you are a lovely person.. I do want to note if you are opting for a balayage/ombre and if you have dark hair it may take longer than 3 hours incl. wash cut and blowdry, roughly 4/5 hours, so be prepared with time, also, I paid for a balayage look instead it came out as an ombre look, which i don’t mind, but if you are specific with the look you want make sure you ask! Thank you!
