Where do I start! The lounge was super clean and tidy. Greeted by Irene with a big smile which makes a huge difference. I wanted to change my hair colour quite drastically but was nervous about bleaching. Irene explained the whole process patiently (even after me asking the same things repeatedly), made me feel completely at ease. I was there for a good few hours but time flew as we found ourselves chatting about everything. Final result- I LOVE IT! Thanks Irene. I've found my regular hairdresser now.

The Ambiance, cleanliness and service was excellent.
