I can't say enough good things about the manual lymphatic drainage massage. The session was so relaxing and effective. I felt the benefits almost immediately – my swelling decreased and I felt a lot less tension in my body. The therapist was gentle and very skilled. It's become a crucial part of my self-care routine.
