Gel manicure came off after 7 days! :( could have been from travelling and swimming in sea but was disappointed
My overall experience was disappointing. I walked in to an appointment which had been rearranged at the last minute and without me knowing or them checking with me but I was okay to wait. I only waited for about 15 minutes instead of 45 but it was really unorganised and they didn’t really know what they were doing. After sitting down for about 10 seconds I asked for a specific technique that any nail spa would know and be able to do and they pretended that they could do it. They didn’t have the right equipment at first and after about 10 minutes they finally found it but then realised they didn’t know how to do the technique after ruining the nail they were trying on and so I instead changed my treatment to a simple acrylic with gel overlay. They then explained that it would be more money despite less of a treatment but would give me the same price as I had pre paid. There is acrylic left under all of my nails, they are all different shapes and lengths, they didn’t even use a base coat and all the nails are bubbly and uneven with acrylic and varnish. I would not come again and I am appalled at the price I paid and my inability to receive a refund.
Rather clean and good place, manicure was done ok but not very nicely
