I loved my bespoke facial. Bernice was so welcoming and the treatment was divine. I floated out the door I felt so relaxed afterwards.

Session says it is 45 minutes. My appointment was at noon and I arrived at 11.55 and got shown straight through. It was all done by just after 12.15. If it's advertised as 45 minutes then it should be 45 minutes, right? Otherwise I'm left feeling it's not really value for money and hardly rekaxing.
