After a stressful work day so glad I had this appointment -all the staff make you feel at home ,from the coffee and biscuits ,head massage from shampoo girl to great hair at the end

Michelle knew exactly what I wanted and was able to advise what was best for my hair. She was so friendly and welcoming, and really accommodating bearing in mind my appointment was super last minute!
