Over the years I have tried all the salons in Radlett and surrounding areas but have been using Capelli since it opened. I have recommended many friends who all enjoy and agree with me. My appointments at Capellis are always relaxing. It’s one of the few hairdressers where you can have total confidence that the results are totally what you wanted. The salon is always pristine clean and is run professionally. The atmosphere is always friendly with tea and coffee always plentifull, always look forward to my next visit!
Had to wait 20 minutes, as their text message to me to change my appointment never came through. Also was asked to pay the full price and not the Treatwell special offer, so something is not right with the app to salon info exchange.

Blow Dry
I was very happy with the service, cheery greeting, they were running late so I had a free conditioning treatment even though it was only a 15 minute wait. Amy was lovely and easy going, as were the other ladies, although the male member of staff seemed a bit surly and didn’t tell me what he was going to do before he did it which was a bit disconcerting. Other than that, can’t fault it and would return.
