Empty salon, now I know why! Double charged. Took them over 2 weeks to refund and they've withheld £5 "PPE charge" (although no mention of it on treatwell), which is hillarious considering the only protected part of staff was their chin, or nothing at all. Expect a lot better from a Radlett salon.

Alex was lovely and friendly, cut my hair exactly as I had asked, and gave me great hair care advice (hair wash and massage was equally lovey). Loved my cut and would highly recommend this salon.

It was lovely. My blow dry kept so nice and fresh even after training at the gym! Amazing. will defiantly go back.
