I was greeted immediately on arrival and shown to my seat with no delay. Eleanor was friendly, attentive and listened carefully to my requests. This is the best cut I’ve had in years and I would recommend the salon and Eleanor wholeheartedly.

First visit to this salon. I used a groupon and the process was very smooth - quick response to my initial email, promptly booked in, questions answered etc. Eleanor was lovely. I only wanted my hair trimmed by an inch and she listened and stuck to that exactly. She was very friendly and pleasant. Genuinely a lovely person. The salon is smaller than others in central Epsom but the atmosphere better. Free parking outside or a minute up the road if it's busy. I'd definitely return!
