I went for the keratin smoothing treatment. It took about 2.5hrs but the result was amazing: super smooth, shiny hair! Nani was very professional, explained everything. She was very friendly and made the whole experience quite pleasurable. I would happily come back.

Sonia was friendly and warm, she made me feel at ease and took care over everything she did, checking with me throughout the process to achieve the perfect cut. I couldn’t have been happier with it.
