Wonderful experience from beginning to end. The salon has a lovely, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere- I felt instant calm. Sonia is an excellent stylist, with a brilliant, easy communicative style - she talked me through every stage of what we agreed and I was very happy. All of the staff were lovely, and the hair wash in the massage chair was fab. 5 stars from me and I'll be back. The only tiny comment is that I always love a head massage and this wasn't part of the experience

Heliya was absolutely phenomenal, her attention to detail was above and beyond and the vibe in the salon was wonderful! The best root bleach I've had in a long time.
