Not sure of name of woman who did my treatment as I think that appointments got switched, however was the best eyebrow treatment I've ever had. Very attentive and informative whilst doing my eyebrows. Gentle and didn't hurt as much as usually does when getting eyebrows waxed. Can't rate enough how good.

Carmen is great, seen her for a few different treatments & always been really impressed, love a good chat with her too. Only reason I gave a 4 for the manicure is because on some of my nails, the top clear varnish doesn't go right to the edges .
