Booked on treatwell, having rearranged several work commitments, only to turn up and the salon be closed. I then received a text several days later saying sorry and that they didn’t know how the error happened- I can’t imagine the customer service to be good with this as an indicator. will not be booking with Taylor and Taylor again.
