Lovely lady and service. Ran slightly overtime, but she was the only staff in so it’s understandable, plus we were in good conversation. Also there’s a 10% discount for students. Would definitely recommend.

I had to wait beyond my appointment time as the beautician was busy with another customer. It then became apparent she thought she could do both of us simultaneously in adjacent rooms. She spent less than 5 minutes on my eyebrows, and it's now clear many hairs were broken off at base rather than pulled out. I'm very happy with the shape. I know the beautician is capable. I was left wondering if something had gone wrong with the Ap and somehow two of us were booked in for the same time?
