When I arrived at 10am the Salon wasn't yet open so I waited downstairs until my actual time to then have to wait 15 minutes for the lady to take calls. The place wasn't very clean e.g. wax on the walls and hairs on the floor. Besides that it was fine but I didn't realise it was a strip wax if I would have know I would have rather paid £5 extra for a hot wax which is much less painful as it was more painful after the actual wax.

Always a great experience, they’re lovely people and I come back regularly! Good convo, and gentle with the wax. I’ve also had my nails done here before and they make sure it looks good.
