I was left waiting 45 minutes as they were over booked
Was sat in a uncomfortable chair with my feet in a inch of Luke warm water

Feet was played with. No cream or blade used. Which I asked for. But fobbed off saying I didn’t need it
Nails were filed which hurt and now have scabs
And the full body massarge what can I say other then. No technic rub down
Feel like I’ve been robbed

The treatment was excellent. The staff member was expecting me and ready for my treatment. She was quick and the process was as pain free as it could be. I would definitely recommend.

The lady that did my leg wax was lovely, very personable and chatty, but the wax was not the best. My appointment started at least 15 minutes after the appointment time, and unfortunately, there were still noticeable patches of hair left on the backs of my knees, on my ankles, and a few other places! Usually, a great wax will get the tweezers out and leave you completely clean, but I had to finish off the wax at home and get the stray hairs myself. Quite cheap for a leg wax, to be fair, but I would personally pay a little more next time elsewhere for a more thorough job.
