Booked my treatment on treatwell app and paid for it straight away. I was asked via text a day before if I could move my apoointment to an earlier time, to which I agreed. When I got to the salon, they were unaware of my booking / rescheduling and someone else had tried to fit me in, in between her current jobs. My eyelash perm therefore took 1 hour and 45 mins instead of the usual 35-40mins. In addition to this, the person handling me was quite rough with my eyes even after I screamed out from pain. Very disappointed with this experience, especially when they have increased the price now by £5. Communication between the staff will need to improve dramatically, as well as the quality of service they provide. I don't think I'll be going back again.
