It is a nice place to visit however the treatment itself was not carried out to the standard I would have expected. The lady was very nice but while doing the pedicure she seemed unsure on what to do and didn't do my feet very thoroughly, the actual nails were done fine however for the price were definitely not worth it as I could have done this at home. The other staff didn't offer any assistance and eventually started shutting everything down around us till we were just left on our own so I did feel a little rushed.

I had booked an appointment to get my eyebrows threaded during my lunch break. I turned up on time and waited 20 mins and still had not been seen, i then had to leave as i couldn't wait any longer. Staff did not inform me of the delay when I arrived or at any point during my wait.
