I was kept waiting for about 40 minutes but the staff were lovely and very apologetic.Eyebrow threading was great. Also love the gel manicure but the girl did cut my finger accidentally and it took a long time to stop bleeding and hasn't healed up 3 days later. Not ideal paying £20 for a manicure and then having to stick a plaster on!
