The beautician booked for my treatment was ill. A colleague stepped in, but was disappointing not to receive any advance notice. Because the other beautician had to juggle clients, it meant that the treatment was 15 minutes or so later than planned. The manicure I received was excellent, but I can't give the overall service five stars due to the above.

Fantastic visit as always! There was an issue with my booking but everyone was really apologetic and, besides, my new brows were definitely worth the wait! Definitely recommend Taylor Taylor to anyone!
