The place is always clean and private which is nice. I had to wait over half an hour for my appointment though which I was not all that happy about and spent ages on my own at home cleaning the leftover wax.

More painful wax than average and didn't quite get all the hairs. Staff pleasant enough and the price is the lowest you'll find for city centre but you get what you pay for.
