Called me up and postponed my treatment. My wax was really bad looking at it when I got home. I had square chunks of hair missing with hair all around it and lines of hair everywhere. I had to go and buy wax strips from tesco to try to finish it myself. As for the Hollywood, hot wax was used but it was a hot day so it wouldn't set. It pulled no hair out and left big chunks of clumpy pink wax stuck to me that were painful to remove in the shower. To say I had a full body wax with a Hollywood, there is still an awful lot of patchy hair in each area.
