My wax was really bad looking at it when I got home. I had square chunks of hair missing with hair all around it and lines of hair everywhere. I had to go and buy wax strips from tesco to try to finish it myself. As for the Hollywood, hot wax was used but it was a hot day so it wouldn't set. It pulled no hair out and left big chunks of clumpy pink wax stuck to me that were painful to remove in the shower. To say I had a full body wax with a Hollywood, there is still an awful lot of patchy hair in each area.

The place was super dirty - toilet, floor, walls. When I saw it I wanted escape, but I had to have my treatment done. I beg you, clean this place! I have
I had the Hollywood waxing first time in my life and I had an experience that the girl who was doing that also had done it for the first time. The waxing was not done well, I still have hair left.
Funny thing - in all this dirty place after the waxing I was left to clean myself and change with all this used, dirty, hairy wax between my legs!
Actually what I have done it's not at all Hollywood wax, so if I had time and it was not my intimate parts I would try to have part of my money back.
On the other hand I have a nice conversation with the girl who was waxing me and it was not painful as I had expected. Also the underarm wax was quite well done.

Very pleased with my manicure. However my appointment was late as they were very busy. It wasn't the most relaxing of experiences.

The staff were lovely and very friendly. There was so much colour choice for my gel manicure, and they were very helpful at giving advice on the best colours to go for. Would thoroughly recommend
