Booked my mum in for a surprise birthday treat as we were visiting Sheffield for the weekend. Received a text saying they appointment time we had booked was unavailable and asked to come at a different time. Booked for a manicure and pedicure.
Had to wait 20 minutes to be seen not offered a drink, capital radio playing quite loud not really the ambience I was expecting the salon was very untidy bins over flowing.
The girl who did the manicure was very nice and bubbly and my mum did enjoy her manicure on the plus side they seemed to have forgot about the pedicure and to be honest I didn't mention it as I was glad to get out of there.
They quoted me 20.00 for a manicure but because my mum was offered gel polish (unbranded) we were charged 30.
