Nice staff and efficient service, but going to try somewhere else next time, bit expensive. Salon is welcoming, homely feel.

The lady that greeted me on reception was lovely then she asked a younger girl to do my nails. First of all the area where I got told to sit was covered in other nails/eyelashes and was not clean. Once my artificial nails got removed which was fine, I expected a mini manicure but the girl that did it just out some oil on and left my nails in odd shapes and they just looked awful so I asked her to do a mini manicure which was part of the deal so she just filed my nails really randomly and didn't make much of a difference. It's a shame as it looks like a lovely salon but some of the staff just couldn't care less about what they're doing.
