I had my roots chemically straightened with a treatment. Carmen was efficient, knowledgeable and quick. She always asks how you are and if you have had any problems with your hair. She also checks your hair and scalp, something that some hairdressers don't always do The shop is kept meticulously clean by everyone there regardless of rank.
In conclusion, Carmen is a quick, efficient and tidy Hair Stylist who is also intelligent and lovely to know 💆💇💇♂️💇🏾♀️💅💄
