My appointment was calm and relaxing. I was wonderfully surprised when Carmen used a device that meant that I didn't have to keep getting up to go to the sinks! As I have difficulty walking this was a very thoughtful thing 😘

Carmen always makes me feel welcome and valued when I come to get my hair done, offers me refreshments and makes sure I’m comfortable. I came in this week for a Olaplex and a trim, after a relaxing hair wash and treatment she cut my hair and styled it beautifully. I left feeling like a princess!
