Was a bit nervous of electrolysis but Caroline explains everything as she works and made me relax. Chatting away and almost forgot what was happening. A lovely relaxed environment with someone who understands exactly what she is doing!!
Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I wasn’t asked to complete any health questionnaires, I wasn’t asked about allergies, how I would like the pressure of the massage or any areas of injury. (She was far too rough).
The room was cold, the light was too bright and the towel that was covering me didn’t completely cover me and was very rough in texture.
The noises from neighbouring dog grooming whelps and squeals drowned out the repetitive whale music and at the end of the massage I was greeted with Luke warm water in a dirty cup.
