It's not really a luxurious experience. The beauty room has been thrown together, the products were cheap, it's not exactly relaxing and a treat. Lovely staff though, just needs a bit of tlc

After searching for a good salon in Birmingham, finally found my new regular. Prices are amazing and both Sam and Caroline made me feel very comfortable with thier customer service. Would definitely recommend xx

The hair salon could do with a makeover. I will go there frequently for treatments and hair care!

I had to wait about 10 minutes after my appointment time which I did not mind,I was asked if I wanted a hot drink which was very nice of Carol. I had my nails done by Carol she is very good and took her time.
The nail dryers could do with being updated, this was the only downside to my appointment.
