I was warmly welcomed on my arrival. Comfy seat to wait as I was early. Caroline explained everything clearly. As an older lady get stiffness in my neck back and shoulders. The treatment room is always pleasant with gentle music, which I appreciate. The massage is exactly as needed, and I feel better after treatment. I have time to discuss any issues found with Caroline afterwards. I would recommend this service.
