Premises were clean, modern and warm. Friendly staff greeted me when I arrived. I was taken through to the treatment room promptly.
The treatment room was clean, nicely decorated and tranquil. Fresh towels used on the massage couch.
Everything about the treatment was explained clearly and I was asked if I had any questions or preferences about the treatment e.g firmness of touch, following the health questionnaire, before we started.
Caroline was very friendly but not intrusive, lovely background music.
I was able to relax completely.
Nice chilled glass of water afterwards was very welcome and advice to drink plenty and not to rush to get up and dressed.
I would happily recommend Caroline's treatments again and intend trying a different one when I can next get time off!
