I am sad to write this, but my experience today was awful. The pedicurist was clearly inexperienced, constantly asking help and shaking while applying the varnish. Another technician did my infill from an awkward angle, resulting in wonky nails and dismissed my concerns. This was all for my birthday and paid over £60! Though they fixed the mistakes and apologised, I was shocked they’d let a trainee work unsupervised. Despite the fix, I was so stressed I can’t see myself coming back here sadly.

Since the first treatment I have not wanted to go anywhere else.
It's sooo relaxing i could easily fall asleep mid treatment.
The staff are always very friendly and helpful with any questions you might want to ask, very gentle and caring and have amazing talent with the nail designs! They can do literally anything you ask!
