Really liked my gel manicure and thinking of coming back for a pedicure soon. They paid good attention to cuticle care and I'm really happy with the end result. Feels like it will last a while too!

BIAB removal and fresh set. The salon was very busy and I felt my technician was rushing to get my set finished. I asked for French tips and was told this would be an additional £18 on top of the pre-paid amount. This is an extortionate price to charge for French tips alone. I declined and told my technician that it was too much. I also had to ask my technician twice to even out the filing on two of my nails which were off centre. She was reluctant to do this. And in the end they were uneven.

I love getting my nails done at Casa Bella - they always do them perfectly! It is definitely my new favourite salon now. The only complaint I would say is that it’s quite pricey, but where isn’t nowadays.
