I was nervous to have a professional haircut as I’d been getting mine done just at home for a long time, but Emmy made the experience very very pleasant. She was polite and engaging and attentive, always making sure I was on board with the decisions made about my hair before making any changes. The end result was a nice chat and a really nice haircut which I was super pleased with! :-)

I wasn't sure what I wanted when I came in, but I trusted Emmy's judgement... And it paid off! Couldn't be happier with my balayage. The colours are really flattering and have blended so subtly. I've received so many compliments. Thank you!
