I was happy enough with the visit and the result is nice, just not quite what I had asked for. Probably wouldn't go there again for balayage, but the cut is great.

Booked an appointment for 7:30pm on the same day at about 18:00 hours. Confirmation arrived around 18:30 that my appointment was all booked for 7:45pm. After travelling there, found salon was closed.
Disappointed the system doesn't work I'll book my appointments directly with the hairdressers.
I'm giving one star for lack of care as they'll still accepting bookings while the shop was closed, knowing they could be wasting people's time. Late email was sent in the morning pretending to have been sent on the night before like misteriously took 12 hours to arrive in ny inbox, which left me feeling pretty embarrassed.
All in all a bad experience everyone should be aware of.

I could not be happier with my cut! Amy was fantastic and took so much care. The salon was lovely and the whole experience was brillaint from start to finish. I could not praise Amy enough, if you don't go your missing out!
