Very calm and peaceful environment and a fantastic head massage with my conditioning treatment. A very hot day - they possibly needed some fans going!

Turned up for appointment (twice I tried booking - gave benefit of doubt first time) was met by surly lady who informed me without apology my appointment has been cancelled. I had no notification of this, and had even received text messages and the first time a phone call confirming the appointment would take place. I would never dream of booking with here again when there are so many other great treatwell salons nearby that can be booked instead.
