I've been getting my hair cut by Albert Castiel for thirty four years, even though for most of those I've had to travel in from the suburbs to see him. I keep going because (a) he gives a very good haircut; (b) he has a very good team of colleagues; and (c) he's a warm and pleasant bloke whom I enjoy chatting with. It's actually a pleasure to go there.
