I had haircut and blow dry with Beata! She was amazing: i showed her a picture and she did exately what i wanted! Lovely experience. I defenely be back there!

The lady doing my hair was very nice, but the only option for highlights was £80 so I assumed the quality was outstanding. There was very limited toners and I wanted to get pastel, so I ended up having to leave the salon with my roots no where near matching my hair. The highlights were put in sticky plastic rather than foil and i could feel the hairs snapping when they were being taken out which really hurt and now i have loads of fly aways sticking up on the top of my head!
My usual hairdresser also washes the bleach out in stages to account for the time applying them while I was left until the last foils were ready and the whole lot washed out together, meaning that bleach was left unnecessarily long on the first applied foils.
