I am a holistic therapist and I offer face massages & foot reflexology in London.

I practice from Triyoga in Shoreditch and Soho, The Psychedelic Society in Homerton, and Romford Road E12 5AD

The sessions were developed from years of experimenting and creating various techniques that are not only relaxing but highly effective. I called them Caterpillar Therapy as I see how the sessions evolved, similarly with how a caterpillar progressed to the cocoon and butterfly stages. Moreover, I realised each person coming for sessions mirrors similar processes of development of a caterpillar into butterfly. Each client has their own reasons of releasing body pain and tensions, wanting beautiful face complexion and healthy skin or simply looking for more freedom in their body - whatever it is, I get to support within each session I facilitate their self-transformation.

Treatments have a holistic and aesthetic effects. The reflexology elements, fascia and muscle work will address the body and mind while the carefully selected skincare products will address the skin. Results include release of pain in the shoulders, ease of tension in the neck and jaw areas, as well as defined face contouring, lifted cheek contour and visibly diminished ageing lines. The treatments want to support healthy ageing and a sense of inner content shown through radiant facial complexion.
